Cassette & Screen Features
- Optimal film contact is achieved by the use of a specially designed foam insert
- Light-weight aluminum frame
- Durability is greatly enhanced by resilient aluminum hinges and high-impact graphite corners absorbing shocks effectively
- Softly-locking push buttons and lightweight aluminum construction provide ease-of-use
- Optional one piece ID window is maintenance free and available at an extra cost
- Optional carbon fiber front assures better image and reduces patient exposure.
- Cassettes are available in various sizes.
How To Order Cassettes and Screens
Our cassettes and screens are available in 7 popular sizes (others upon request), with green or blue screens, 100, 200, 400 or 800 speed.
Start with CS (that was easy)
Add the size, for example CS - 1417 (for a 14" X 17")
Add the screen color, B for blue or G for green, for example CS - 1417 - G
Add the speed, 100, 200, 400 or 800. Green screens are available in 100, 200, and 400 speeds. Blue screens are available in 100, 400, and 800 speeds. As an example, CS - 1417 - G - 400 specifies a 14" X 17" cassette with 400 speed green screens.
Add a - W at the end if you wish to add an optional window.
